This photo was taken during a bucket list trip to drive the White Rim Road in Canyonlands National Park. All the research I did stated the absolute best place to camp was at the White Crack camp site. This turned out to be true. Though there were no clouds to for the sunset I had hoped for, the colors of the sun setting over the red rock were amazing. To stand at the edge of the cliff and overlooking the beauty of the Monument Basin leaves one in awe of the power of nature and how small our

While traveling on route 113 from Midway to Heber City on a recent Sunday morning, I noticed this grouping of cattle motionless. The temperature was in single digits, with a gloomy overcast sky. My Canon R6 with a 24-105mm was by my side. I was impressed with the alignment of the cattle, the snow covered mountain in the background and the entire composition was perfect for taking before the scene was rearranged.Aperture: f11, shutter speed : 1/800, ISO: 640, focal length: 105mm.

Now I hope you all know how extremely rare this combination is on the pacific coast in spring. It's normally overcast and raining and definitely no stars to be seen. Thank you universe for allowing your magic to flow this evening. I truly appreciate you and your powers ??

to create this I used a piece of Teal vinyl for the backdrop, I had the camera, with a 30 mm Marco lens on a tripod set to manual focus, with focus staking of 10 shots I only used 5 in the end). for lighting I had two static lights on mini stands so I could play about with their placement to get the effect I was looking for. The dandelion seed was held in place, by putting it into a piece of white tack, I then sprayed it using a little electronic face atomiser (bought from Amazon) and loa

Decided to make a composite that resembles the photo that NASA took with their millions of dolllar photo equipment. 2 months ago I photographed the full moon and placed it on top of the most recent solar eclipse photo I took. The moon normally get its light from the sun so getting the perspective with moon visibility is impossible during an eclipse unless you have nasa gear. My photo was taken with a canon R5, RF400mm F2.8 and cropped in.
